INVENTORY
A detailed and unbiased report detailing each area of the property and all contents including full decoration,
fixtures and fittings, including dated digital photography.
CHECK-IN
Our friendly Clerk will walk the Tenants through the Inventory and ensure the condition of the property is agreed and the Inventory digitally signed
before keys are released.
MID-TERM
An interim inspection during the Tenancy focusing on the general use of the property, looking to identify any breach of Tenancy or unreported maintenance issues.
CHECK-OUT
An evidence based report compiled in comparison to the Inventory highlighting any issues at the property found to be above fair wear and tear. Includes recommendations as to a fair remedy.
EPC
All rental properties across England and Wales are legally required to have an Energy Performance Certificate setting out the property's energy efficiency
LEGIONELLA
